Sprit Level (SOLA)

Specification

A spirit level or bubble level is an instrument designed to indicate whether a surface is horizontal (level) or vertical (plumb).

Different types of spirit levels may be used by carpenters, stonemasons, bricklayers, other building trades workers, surveyors, millwrights and other metalworkers, and in some photographic or video graphic work.

Measuring Tape

A tape measure or measuring tape is a flexible form of ruler. It consists of a ribbon of cloth, plastic, fiber glass, or metal strip with linear measurement markings. It is a common measuring tool. Its design allows for a measure of great length to be easily carried in pocket or toolkit and permits one to measure around curves or corners.

Today it is ubiquitous, even appearing in miniature form as a keychain fob, or novelty item. Surveyors use tape measures in lengths of over 100 m (300+ ft)

Welding Rod

Welding rod cores’ metals blend with the metal you’re welding. The core, wrapped in a flux coating to make the welding current flow evenly, improves the blending of rod and welded metal --- strengthening, cooling and stabilizing the welding bond.

The  Welding comes in  numbering system can tell a welder quite a bit about a specific stick electrode including what application it works best in and how it should be used to maximize performance. With that in mind, let’s take a look at the system and how it works.

Bi-Metal Hole Saw

A hole saw (also styled hole saw), also known as a hole cutter, is a saw blade of annular (ring) shape, whose annular kerf creates a hole in the work piece without having to cut up the core material. It is used in a drill.

Hole saws typically have a pilot drill bit at their center to keep the saw teeth from walking. The fact that a hole saw creates the hole without needing to cut up the core often makes it preferable to twist drills or spade drills for relatively large holes.

Hole Saw Arbor

Hole saws are essentially cylindrical bits that are capable of cutting perfectly round holes in materials like wood, plastic, drywall, metal, fiberglass and acrylic. Hole saw bits can’t do much on their own; they rely on handheld drills to supply the power and rotation needed for hole cutting.

Since drills are the driving force behind hole saws, it’s important that you use one that can stand up to the job.

Galvanized Binding Wire

Binding wires are made of galvanized, plastic coated annealed and stainless steel wire. It is softness, good ductility and high strength, and is easily bent and tied in a knot. Binding wire with heat treatment will have high strength and become softer. Cover the wire with zinc, its resistance to corrosion will be strength.

Galvanized binding wire has a matte or shiny finish, and it is easy to oppose the negative effects of the environment. PVC coated binding wire has resistance to corrosion. Binding wire is used for binding reinforcement slabs, metal mesh processing, beams, walls, columns and so on.

Aluminium PAD

Aluminum is today the most important industrially used metal after steel with the applications in almost all fields and all areas of everyday life due to its light-weight, high strength and recyclability.

Aluminum has been described as “the material of opportunity” and is the fastest growing metal today due to its unique combination of properties – high strength and low weight, good electrical and thermal conductivity, excellent formability, good resistance corrosion and attractive surface finish – which means it can be used practically in all design contexts and product application.

Hose Pipe

A hose is a flexible hollow tube designed to carry fluids from one location to another. Hoses are also sometimes called pipes (the word pipe usually refers to a rigid tube).

Hose design is based on a combination of application and performance. Common factors are Size, Pressure Rating, Weight, Length, Straight hose or Coil hose and Chemical Compatibility.

Hoses are made from one or a combination of many different materials, such as nylon, polyurethane, polyethylene, PVC, or synthetic or natural rubbers, based on the environment and pressure rating needed. In recent years, hoses can also be manufactured from special grades of polyethylene (LDPE and especially LLDPE). Other hose materials include PTFE (Teflon), stainless steel and other metals.

Bucket

Building materials and solvents have been packaged in large metal pails, but in recent decades plastic buckets have been greatly favored.

Plastic buckets have more uses due to the popularity of plastic for food products and the tendency of metal pails to rust, as well as the lower weight of plastic

Tarpaulin

A tarpaulin, or tarp, is a large sheet of strong, flexible, water-resistant or waterproof material, often cloth such as canvas or polyester coated withurethane, or made of plastics such as polyethylene.

Tarpaulins often have reinforced grommets at the corners and along the sides to form attachment points for rope, allowing them to be tied down or suspended. Inexpensive modern tarpaulins are made from woven polyethylene; this material is so associated with tarpaulins that it has become colloquially known in some quarters as polytarp.

Cutting Disc

Cutting Disc is designed to cut steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, stone, cast iron and other materials. The cutting discs are available for free-hand use on angle grinders or for stationary applications.

Cutting discs excel thanks to their long service life and fast cutting rates. Grain, bond, structure, shape and design of all cutting discs have been developed for top performance and economic efficiency.

Specification

Grinding Disc

Grinding wheel is an expendable wheel that is composed of an abrasive compound used for various grinding (abrasive cutting) and abrasive machining operations. They are used in grinding machines.

The wheels are generally made from a matrix of coarse particles pressed and bonded together to form a solid, circular shape, various profiles and cross sections are available depending on the intended usage for the wheel.
